Introduction:

The textile vertical burning tester is used to detect the burning performance of textile materials, mainly by testing the after-burning time after ignition of the material, the smoldering time and the length of damage after burning (carbon length).

Fabric Vertical Flame Spread Tester is suitable for one-component or multi-component (coating, quilt, layered, laminated products, and similar combinations) of clothing, drapes, valance and large tents, including Arbor and cover textile vertical flame spread properties determination. For evaluation under controlled conditions in the laboratory of material or combination of materials properties when exposed to flame.

• GB/T 5456-2009 Textile combustion performance with the determination of vertical flame spread properties
• ISO 6941:2003 Textile fabrics -- Burning behaviour -- Measurement of flame spread properties of vertically oriented specimens

3. The ignition timing from 0 to 99.99 seconds set arbitrarily. Continued burning time. and smoldering time, flame spread times are automatically recorded, digital display.

5. Continued burning time and smoldering time and flame spread timer: 0 ~ 99.99 seconds, accuracy: ± 0.01 seconds.
6. Flame height: 10~60mm adjustable.
